The Temenos T24 system, which has been tested by the world’s largest banks for years and used at Expressbank since 2012, has justified itself as the most efficient and perfect platform for conducting banking operations. This year the Bank switched to the new version of this software, which enables even more automated banking operations. The latest version of the software has made banking operations even more safe and efficient.

Different projects are being put in place to optimize the business processes. Opening the position of a service manager was one of them. A service manager shall not only meet customers, but also save their time, redirecting them to an appropriate specialist. The “Universal Employee” project has notably contributed to improving the quality and speed of services. It resulted in the improved skills of employees for performing both credit and cash settlement operations.
