Oil and Gas Construction Trust is engaged in renovation of oil-gas fields, installation of technological oil-gas-field equipment, construction of main oil-gas-water pipelines, hydro-technical erections in offshore and onshore, jackets, offshore piers, gas compressor stations, oil reservoirs, asphalt-concrete covers and social construction projects. Trust consists of 16 boards of various profiles including Representative Office in Georgia. As Contractor, Trust provides all kinds of services to customers in all regions of Azerbaijan, including “Guneshli” and “Oil Rocks” fields, on Gum Adasy, Pirallahy, Chilov, Khara-Zira islands, as well as in Sangachal-Duvanny territory and many other different regions.
Since 2002, in different years, Trust has been honored with following international certificates: Quality Management System Certificate – TSE-ISO-EN 9001, Environmental Management System Certificate - TSE-ISO-EN 14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate – TSE ISG-OHSAS 18001 and “Control and Testing Sufficiency” - TS EN ISO/IEC 17025.
To the date of August 01, 2013 the number of Trust employees is 5384, out of which, 4161 workers, 631 managers, 550 specialists in various fields and 42 miscellaneous employees. In accordance with the seven months assessments of current year, the average monthly salary comprises of 986.1 manats.
During seven months of 2013, as contractor, Trust has performed construction-installation works in the amount of 215792.4 thousand manats (110.8% growth in a comparison with the same period of the last year) including to major construction works in the amount of 149674.7 thousand manats (101.7% growth in a comparison with the same period of the last year) and major repair works in the amount of 66117.7 thousand manats (139% growth compared to the same period of the last year).
Construction and Repair works of the following projects are currently being successfully executed by various boards of Oil and Gas Construction Trust: Construction of deep water jacket #7 on “Guneshli” field”, “Construction of stationary water jacket #112 for drilling of 10 operational wells on “Chilov” field” and “Construction of Gaslift Compressor Station on “Guneshli” field” according to the order of “28 May” OGPD, “Construction of water stationary platform #2585 on “Oil Rocks” field” and “Construction of Enlarged Oil Storage Station #2A” according to the order of “Oil Rocks” OGPD, “Construction of oil pipeline between Oil Storage Station 3 - Oil Storage Station 1”, Oil Storage Station 1 - Dashgil Oil Storage Station” according to the order of “OGPD named after N.Narimanov”, “Construction of 2 commodity tanks with 100m3 volume at the oil complex processing workshop of “OGPD named after A.Amirov”” according to the order of “OGPD named after A.Amirov”, “Reconstruction of Galmaz Compressor Station” (I block) and “Construction of feed line on wells #637-639 of Galmaz Underground Gas Storage” according to the order of Gas Storage Explotation Department, “Reconstruction of 0-210km section of Gazimammad-Gazakh (I line) Ø1000mm magistral gas pipeline” (I complex 24km) according to the order of Gas Export Department of SOCAR and also “Design/Engineering works of transportation system of oil and gas production of “Umid” field” according to the order of “SOCAR-Umid” LLC.
Trust also carries out the timely and qualitative implementation of its commitments assumed as a part of cooperation with different foreign and local organizations. In 2011, Oil and Gas Construction Trust had taken part in international tender on Construction of Baku Shipyard Project and announced as successful winner. So that, the contract between Oil and Gas Construction Trust (Main contractor) and Baku Shipyard LLC (Employee) was signed on October 19, 2011. The main objective of this project is to manufacture all necessary types of vessels for the Caspian Sea.
Companies such as McDermott, Saipem, İLK İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Nobel Oil, Caspian Pipe Coatings LLC, Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC and many others are closely cooperating with Trust. Oil and Gas Construction Trust continues expanding business beyond the territory of our country. The representative office of Trust has been operating in Georgia since 2006. This office executes construction of oil and gas pipelines, hydro-technical erections and infrastructure projects. During seven months of the current year, the following projects were successfully completed by Representative Office: “Gasification of Talavani (Fakhrali) village of Bolnisi district” Project, “Construction of medium-pressure gas lines in Keshalo village of Marneuli district” Project (Client: SOCAR Georgia Gas LLC) and “Construction of 29 km section of Gas Pipeline Abasha-Senaki” Project (Client: Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC).
By the 20th of September-Oil workers Day” of 2013, Trust will accomplish the following projects: “Construction of Baku Shipyard”, “Construction of specialized covered pool of Training Centre for Human Life Protection on offshore of Caspian Sea Oil Fleet”, “Construction of 2 storied education building of Training Centre for Human Life Protection on offshore of Training, Education and Certification Department of SOCAR”, “Construction of welding workshop of Gobustan Training Centre of Training, Education and Certification Department”, “Construction of asphalt-concrete production plant in the territory of Garadagh district of Oil and Gas Construction Trust”.
