Caspian Energy: Your Excellency, you have been involved in implementation of oil-gas strategy of Azerbaijan for 20 years. How does the strategy develop now and do you think it needs updating?

Richard Morningstar: I think the strategy is working well. As you know we have been very much involved in working to develop production and export of the Caspian resources since the beginning of the 1990s. We are all happy about the successful implementation of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan. The Southern gas corridor is now being developed. There has been a lot of progress I believe in the past year. And I think ultimately there will be a lot of gas going from Azerbaijan to Turkey and further to Europe.
