Azerbaijan and the World Bank have discussed prospects for future cooperation.

First Deputy Minister of Finance Anar Karimov met with the World Bank’s Country Manager for Azerbaijan, Stephanie Stallmeister; the Head of the Governance and Institutional Development Program for the Europe and Central Asia region; and Public Finance Management Expert Adrian Fozzard.

The sides expressed satisfaction with the current cooperation and highlighted the Azerbaijani government’s interest in expanding it.
