In the framework of the visit to Andijan region President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with the representatives of foreign companies planning to implement investment projects in the region.
As has been mentioned during meeting, it’s planned to put into operation 763 small and micro hydroelectric power stations with a total capacity of 24 megawatt in the region in the current year, and next year – additional 20 megawatt.
The Head of State instructed the responsible persons to intensify the work on attracting investments, establish close interaction with investors and create all necessary conditions for them.
